Job Description :
Ridgefield One is recruiting a consultant to work on a long-term basis with one of our clients in Fairfield County, Connecticut. This person will work regular business hours from home in a regionally distributed environment, coordinating with other team members on a frequent basis.
We are looking for someone with strong inter-personal skills who can act in a Project Manager capacity performing a Business Analyst role in an Agile environment. Our client has a bottle-neck in User Stories and Acceptance Criteria as they move towards more of a Self-Service model. Prior Product Manager experience would be helpful in this role.
Project requirements may change often and this consultant will need to adapt quickly to keep projects moving with efficiency. Team members are more experienced with Waterfall development and will need some coaching in Agile processes.
Required Qualifications :
Experience is required in documenting Features, Epics, and Stories. You should have previously worked in an environment where you contributed to Business Process Improvement, working either with the Business or with IT. Strong Agile experience is a must.
The team is using Jira and Confluence and Google's G-Suite - experience with similar tools is acceptable, understanding processes is more important.
You have created workflow diagrams and documented them with a diagramming tool like Visio, LucidChart, etc.
