Job Description :
Ridgefield One is recruiting for a six month contract in New York City managing a Data Warehouse project. You will work closely with your team and stakeholders to deliver an ETL process transforming and loading data into an ERP system.
On a daily basis you will manage and oversee data analytics, warehousing, and reporting in support of senior technology personnel. You will manage the scope, cost, schedule, internal staff and outside vendors, and required deliverables.
The team you will manage consists of at least ten staff members with a mix of technical and non-technical resources. You will work on multiple medium-scale projects, each with sub-projects that will have distinct deliverables.
Documentation is important and you will be expected to prepare status reports for upper management. You will also prepare technical documentation to leave behind for the internal team once your contract ends.
Your experience developing strategies for warehouse implementation, data acquisition, data archiving, and recovery will be highly valued.
You may be asked to manage other ad-hoc projects as they arise.
Required Qualifications :
Prior experience managing large-scale data warehousing projects
Inner workings of at least one ERP system
Hands-on ETL development using any of the following ETL tools: Informatica, AWS Redshift, SSIS, SAS Data Management, Infosphere
Data analytics, warehousing, reporting
Exposure to cloud services like AWS or Azure
